About Tom Collins

Attorney Thomas D. (Tom) Collins brings over 17 years of legal experience to his practice in addition to 10 years in a prior sales career. Tom works closely with his clients and will always return phone calls within 24 hours but often sooner. For further convenience, Tom works with a network of attorneys and will be happy to locate a different attorney if the legal issue in question is not in one of his regular practice areas. For the infirm client, Tom can arrange either a home, hospital or facility visit.

Tom is married and has raised three children in Kenton County, all of whom graduated from Simon Kenton High School and the University of Cincinnati. With his wife, Maggie, Tom has been involved in local 4H activities as a participant and sponsor. In addition, Tom is a sponsor of various Simon Kenton events. Tom is also a former director for the Independence Senior Center.

Mr. Collins is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio.

Tom has relocated his practice from his long-time office in Independence to a convenient location in Fort Wright, Kentucky. Tom is currently working with the firm of Kummer, Dilts and Collins, PLLC. The firm welcomes all of Tom’s former, present and future clients to their modern offices in Fort Wright. More information about the firm can be obtained by contacting kummer-law.com. Through his association with Attorney’s John Kummer and Bob Dilts, Tom is able to offer an even greater selection of services.

To my friends in southern Kenton County, if arrangements need to be made for a meeting in Independence, Tom can accommodate such requests.
